Reservations/Cancellation Policy
Reservation and cancellation policies: A deposit of 50% is required for all lodging or package stays. $100 per guide, per day for guided only trips. Your deposit is refunded only if your trip is canceled 60 days prior to arrival day, no-shows will be charged the full amount. Parties arriving with less guests than booked for will also be charged the full amount.
Number of Guests
For your safety in the event of an emergency, we must know exactly how many guests we have on the property at all times. Please state the number of adults and children in your party when making reservations. Should the number of guests in your party increase after reservations are made, please inform us. Addition of guests may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, but ask that they are clean and brushed, not allowed on furniture or allowed to scratch furniture, doors, etc. Damage repair will be charged to guest card used at booking. Gratuity suggested for Housekeeping if bringing a pet.
